Kim Victoria is the principal artist and owner of Highlander Graphics & Celtic Stamps. She has been studying and creating art in many media her entire life. In 1995 Kim started creating in the Celtic style for graphics software and in 1996 rubber stampers requested some of these designs be made into stamps. With the loving support and advice from her husband Tom, www.TEWatsononline.com, Lori Haven - stamp guru par excellence, Karen of www.Alextamping.com, and Jim of www.Circustamps.com the company was launched in 1997.
